Role Overview
Seeking experienced finance professionals to support a supervised fine-tuning (SFT) dataset development project in collaboration with a leading AI lab. Experts will contribute by creating and evaluating prompts and responses on topics across corporate finance, markets, accounting, and financial analysis. This is a high-impact opportunity to shape how advanced AI models understand and reason about complex financial concepts.
Key Responsibilities
Author and refine finance‑related prompts and expert‑level responses across domains like valuation, risk, investment theory, and financial modeling
Review and edit AI‑generated outputs for accuracy, clarity, and alignment with professional standards
Generate prompt variants to test model performance under different personas and instruction styles
Identify edge‑case scenarios or question types likely to challenge current AI systems
Provide context‑sensitive explanations suitable for both technical and non‑technical audiences
Ideal Qualifications
Advanced degree in finance, economics, or accounting (e.g., PhD, MBA, or CFA charterholder)
1+ years of experience in investment analysis, corporate finance, financial consulting, or academia
Strong quantitative reasoning and financial writing skills
Familiarity with LLM capabilities and limitations is a plus
Experience in curriculum design, financial reporting, or technical instruction is valued
More About the Opportunity
Remote and asynchronous — set your own schedule
Expected commitment: 10–20 hours/week
Project duration: ~4+ months, with optional continuation
Mix of structured review tasks and open‑ended content development
Compensation & Contract Terms
$70–80/hour for U.S.-based applicants; adjusted for other geographies
Paid weekly via Stripe Connect
