Role Summary:
Manage, negotiate, and grow a portfolio of commercial insurance accounts. You will act as the bridge between business clients and insurance carriers, ensuring every client has a tailored strategy to protect their assets.
Core Responsibilities:
Negotiate coverage and pricing with insurance providers.
Provide expert risk management and policy advice to commercial clients.
Facilitate the underwriting process and manage renewals.
Maintain high retention through exceptional service and proactive communication.
Requirements:
Experience:
Solid background in Commercial Insurance and Account Management.
Skills:
Strong negotiation, analytical problem‑solving, and time management.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree preferred; CPCU/CIC/ARM certifications are a major plus.
Location:
Must be able to work full‑time at our Scottsdale office.
