Position Summary As a Loan Agent Site, you will be responsible for guiding clients through the loan application and approval process, managing communications, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. You will play a critical role in the success of the branch by helping clients access the funds they need while maintaining compliance and company standards.
Key Responsibilities
Provide professional and courteous service to all customers in English and Spanish
Assist clients throughout the loan application, renewal, and prequalification process
Manage inbound and outbound calls, follow up with leads, and maintain timely communication
Support underwriting processes and prepare loan documentationSchedule customer appointments and assist with logistics such as GPS installations
Maintain accurate records and data entry within the CRM system
Resolve customer concerns and inquiries promptly and professionally
Coordinate with internal departments to improve processes and ensure compliance
Qualifications
Bilingual fluency
in Spanish and English – required
1–2 years of experience
in customer service, sales, or a financial services-related role
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
High school diploma or GED – required
Previous experience with CRM platforms and loan processing – preferred
