Real Estate Senior Associate | Originations, Underwriting, Acquisitons | Chicago

A growing real estate investment platform is seeking an Associate or Senior Associate in Chicago to support financing execution and portfolio-level capital strategy across a national RE portfolio. This role involves financial modeling, coordinating lender diligence, managing reporting and compliance requirements, and partnering cross-functionally to support debt executions and portfolio performance. The ideal candidate has 5–8 years of real estate finance or underwriting experience, strong analytical and Excel skills, and familiarity with residential financing structures and lender processes.
