Role Description This is a full-time role for a Personal Lines Account and Sales Manager at our Milford, MA office. The role primarily involves managing our Personal Lines Department while providing exceptional customer service and developing New and Renewal Sales strategies. As Sales Manager you will handle client inquiries, identify client needs, offer suitable products, and ensure customer satisfaction. Additionally, tasks include account management, assisting with insurance renewals, and growing the customer portfolio by identifying new opportunities.
Qualifications
P&C License Required
Experience in Account Service and Sales to build strong client relationships; ensure satisfaction & growth
Knowledge and expertise in Personal Insurance products and services
Ability to organize work effectively, multitask, and meet deadlines
Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
Previous experience in the Property & Casualty insurance industry
