Role Description This is a hybrid Real Estate Agent role based in Fayetteville, NC, offering a mix of in-office and remote work flexibility. Responsibilities include client relationship management, conducting property tours, marketing homes, negotiating sales agreements, and collaborating with clients to meet their buying, selling, or investing goals. The agent will stay informed about the local market trends and work to deliver outstanding customer experiences throughout the entire real estate process.

Qualifications

Proficiency in client relationship management, communication, and negotiation skills

Ability to generate leads through Marketing and Sales strategies

Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple transactions simultaneously

Familiarity with local real estate market trends and industry procedures

Understanding of contracts, documents, and compliance requirements specific to real estate transactions

Licensed or willingness to obtain a North Carolina Real Estate License

Proficient in technology tools and software for real estate operations

Self-motivation and ability to work independently in a hybrid work environment

Commitment to exceptional customer service and ethical standards
