About the Agency The Susan Balderson Agency is expanding — and we’re looking for a motivated, coachable, and upbeat team member to help us launch our brand-new office in Vinton! What You’ll Do
Build relationships with new and existing customers (calls, emails, in person)
Help clients understand their insurance options and pick what’s right for them
Deliver top-notch service by assisting with policy changes and claims
Meet activity goals with full support from leadership
Collaborate with our awesome team to grow the agency
Use our tools to stay organized and follow up on leads
Keep learning and growing through ongoing training
What We’re Looking For
Positive attitude and team spirit
Great communication and people skills
Organized and reliable
Willing to learn (we’ll help you get licensed if you’re not already)
Experience in sales or service is great—but not required
A natural problem-solver who loves helping people
