A commercial property management firm is seeking a detail-oriented Commercial Assistant Property Manager to support a multi-property commercial portfolio. This role provides essential administrative, financial, and operational support to Property Managers, with a focus on tenant billing, accounts payable, vendor coordination, and reporting. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated self-starter looking to grow in commercial property management. Responsibilities

Prepare and distribute tenant invoices, including CAM, property tax, and utility charges Calculate and bill tenant utilities (water, sewer, electric) Respond to tenant billing and accounting inquiries Review, code, and coordinate payment of vendor invoices Serve as a primary back-end contact for vendors and accounting Support Property Managers with day-to-day operations and special projects Maintain accurate tenant files, lease data, billing records, and reports Track lease terms, deadlines, and compliance-related items Qualifications

2+ years in commercial property management, real estate administration, or accounting support Knowledge of CAM and expense recoveries preferred Experience with tenant billing, utilities, and accounts payable Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word) Experience with AvidXchange and Rent Manager (or similar platforms such as MRI or Yardi) preferred
