Leasing Consultant
A Growing Real Estate Management Company is seeking a qualified individual as a Leasing Consultant for a multifamily property in Grand Prairie, TX. Position offers competitive pay and benefits.
Location 3099 Parham Drive, Grand Prairie, TX
General Responsibilities
Responsible for all aspects of the leasing process including new and existing lead generation and followup, conducting property tours, closing prospects, and completing proper paperwork.
Frequently walk the property to inspect the tour corridor, common areas, and vacant apartments to ensure they present well to prospects, residents, and visitors.
Use property management software platform to track leads through the leasing and move in process.
Maintain a strong understanding of the community including the lease agreement, all property policies and procedures.
Conduct competitive market surveys.
Understand and abide by all Fair Housing Laws and local standards.
Assist in the development and implementation of property related marketing materials/strategies.
Provide excellent customer service and represent the property in a professional manner.
Perform other tasks typical of a Leasing Consultant.
