Overview

The New York office of Hogan Lovells is seeking an outstanding mid to senior-level associate to join our real estate practice. Ideal candidates should have four to six years of real estate transactional experience, preferably from a large law firm. The attorney for this position will principally advise clients in connection with their commercial real estate transactions, financings and workouts. This position will afford the incoming associate the opportunity to develop a varied skilled set and work with colleagues in multiple offices. Responsibilities

Advise clients in connection with commercial real estate transactions, financings and workouts. Develop and manage matters with increasing responsibility; interact directly with clients as appropriate. Collaborate with colleagues across multiple offices to deliver integrated real estate solutions. Qualifications

Four to six years of real estate transactional experience; ideally from a large law firm. Experience with real estate finance, purchase and sale and/or joint ventures preferred. Level-appropriate experience in managing matters and comfort interacting directly with clients. Strong drafting skills, excellent academic credentials, strong interpersonal skills, and a commitment to excellence. Ability to supervise junior attorneys and paralegals. Must have a law degree from an ABA-accredited law school and be a member of the Bar in the United States. Application Materials

The expected base salary range for this role is $310,000 to $390,000 per year. This range reflects a good-faith estimate of pay at the time of posting; actual compensation offered may vary based on qualifications. This position is eligible for additional forms of compensation, including annual performance bonuses and discretionary bonuses. Benefits include medical, dental, and vision insurance; a 401(k) retirement plan; and paid time off. Additional benefits may include relocation.
