Job Title: Specialty Lines Insurance Broker/Agent
We are seeking a motivated Specialty Lines Insurance Broker/Agent to join our growing group focused on niche commercial insurance solutions.
Responsibilities
Sell and place casualty and excess & surplus (E&S) lines insurance policies Target and develop business primarily within the beauty salon and personal care industry Travel extensively (50-70%) to attend trade shows, industry events, and client meetings nationwide Build and maintain relationships with salon owners, spa operators, and beauty industry professionals Identify client insurance needs and present tailored coverage solutions Collaborate with underwriters and carriers to secure competitive quotes and bind coverage Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly production goals Stay current on industry trends, regulations, and emerging risks in the beauty sector Qualifications
Active Property & Casualty insurance license (required) 2+ years of experience selling commercial lines, preferably casualty or E&S Strong sales skills and comfort with high-volume outbound prospecting Willingness and ability to travel frequently Self-starter with excellent communication and relationship-building abilities Experience or familiarity with the beauty/salon industry a strong plus Competitive commission structure with uncapped earning potential.
