Role Description This full-time, on-site Insurance Broker role is based in Murrieta, CA. The Insurance Broker will handle client relationships, evaluate insurance needs, recommend appropriate coverage, and manage policy renewals. Responsibilities include assessing risks, developing tailored insurance solutions, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations. The role requires collaboration with clients, underwriters, and other professionals to secure competitive and comprehensive policies.
Qualifications
Demonstrated expertise in Insurance Brokerage and general insurance concepts.
Strong understanding of Finance and Retirement Planning principles as they relate to insurance decisions.
Exceptional Customer Service skills, with a focus on client satisfaction and relationship building.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to assess risks and provide customized insurance solutions to clients.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is a plus.
Prior experience in transportation or construction-related insurance is advantageous.
