About the role We’re seeking motivated, coachable professionals who want to grow in the financial services industry. As a Financial Professional, you will meet with clients virtually or in-person to assess their goals and provide personalized recommendations in areas such as:
Life insurance and final expense coverage
Indexed growth and annuity strategies
Tax-free retirement planning
Debt management and legacy building
Business protection and succession planning
This is a performance-based role with flexible scheduling. You can start part-time (10+ hours/week) and grow into a full-time position at your own pace.

Life and Health License preferred (not required as we will help you with the process of obtaining one)
Requirements
Must currently reside in the United States
Must have or be able to obtain a U.S. Social Security Number
Must be 18 years or older
Must be able to pass a background check (no felonies)
Must be willing to obtain a state Life & Health Insurance License (support provided)
Most new candidates can complete their licensing within 7–14 days depending on study pace and state testing availability.
