Prepare timely and accurate monthly property financial statements for a complex multi‑property portfolio
Lead monthly calls with property management and clients, ensuring service excellence and alignment with client objectives
Oversee property‑level cash management processes and maintain a working knowledge of management agreements
Support training and guidance of junior team members while ensuring accuracy and timely delivery of financial reports
What is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance
5+ years of accounting experience, specifically in real estate
Strong adaptability and ability to multitask under pressure
Client‑focused with a dedication to meeting expectations and building effective relationships
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, and experience with real estate software such as Yardi or MRI
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience in training and development, guiding, and supervising junior team members
