Edison Association Management is seeking a proactive and service-driven Licensed Community Association Manager (LCAM) to join our growing remote team. Key Responsibilities

Manage a portfolio of community associations remotely

Serve as the primary liaison between homeowners, Board Members, and management

Coordinate and support Board meetings, including preparation of agendas, meeting packets, and follow-up on action items

Oversee vendor relationships and monitor community projects

Track compliance matters and help ensure timely resolution

Respond professionally to homeowner inquiries in a timely manner

Prepare newsletters, notices, reports, and community communications

Collaborate with internal teams to support financial and operational goals

Prepare annual budgets, review monthly financial statements, and provide financial guidance to Boards

Ensure community operations comply with Florida Statutes and governing documents

Qualifications

An active Florida LCAM license is required (Florida LCAM license number must be provided with the application)

Proven ability to prepare association budgets and review financial reports

Working knowledge of Florida Statutes and HOA/Condominium regulatory requirements

Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills

Ability to multitask and manage responsibilities across multiple associations

Self-motivated with a collaborative, team-oriented mindset

Prior experience in HOA/community association management preferred
