Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Real Estate Agent based in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex. As a Real Estate Agent, you will assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties while providing exceptional customer service. Day-to-day tasks include showing properties, preparing contracts, researching the real estate market, and negotiating sales. While some responsibilities require on-site work, limited work-from-home flexibility is offered for administrative tasks.
Qualifications
A valid Real Estate License is mandatory.
Strong skills in Customer Service to build and maintain client relationships.
Proficiency in Real Estate practices, including property transactions and market analysis.
Experience in Sales with an understanding of negotiation strategies and closing deals.
Knowledge of Real Property and real estate concepts.
Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently, manage schedules, and adapt to a hybrid work environment.
Previous experience in the Dallas-Fort Worth real estate market is a plus.
