The Financial Aid Advisor delivers comprehensive guidance to students and their families throughout the entire financial aid application process, ensuring they understand available options and requirements. The advisor evaluates and determines eligibility for financial assistance programs in accordance with institutional, state, and federal regulations and guidelines.
Education / Experience Requirements
Associate or Bachelors preferred.
Experience in financial aid and/or loan processing.
Knowledge of federal financial aid regulations (Title IV) and procedures.
Proficiency with financial aid software and Microsoft Office.
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Team players with strong work ethics who take initiative.
