Overview
We have a local area client in Burlington MA looking for a University/Campus Relations Recruiter. The role will be onsite and pay between $40 to $48 per hour depending on experience and skills. Responsibilities
Promote the company as an employer of choice at targeted local and regional universities. Lead full cycle recruiting for designated hiring needs within assigned business units. Source, engage, and develop pipelines of student candidates for both technical and non technical roles. Coordinate phone screenings and virtual interviews. Participate in campus events, career fairs, and virtual tech talks at priority schools. Build strong partnerships with hiring managers to understand role requirements and guide them through selection and hiring. Collaborate with HR Global Services on post offer activities through onboarding. Support additional recruiting initiatives and projects as needed. Required Experience & Skills
Bachelor’s degree. 5+ years of recruiting experience, including familiarity with internship and co-op hiring programs. Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities independently. Experience working under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Minimum of 2 years of campus recruiting experience, preferably hiring engineering students (ideally electrical engineering). Exposure to the technology, semiconductor, or electrical hardware industries. Experience recruiting graduate level students Benefits and Compliance
