The Greene Group is a premier executive recruitment firm specializing in the placement of accounting, finance, real estate, and IT professionals across industries. As we continue to scale, we’re on the lookout for a smart, motivated, and resourceful right hand to the CEO to support and lead recruiting efforts. This is a unique hybrid executive recruiter + sales role: you’ll run full‑cycle sourcing/recruiting while actively generating new business as a BDR/SDR using our proprietary outreach platform.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Source top‑tier candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, and creative search strategies
Craft thoughtful outreach messages to attract and engage talent
Coordinate interviews and meetings between clients and candidates
Manage applicant flow via various ATS and CRM platforms
Deliver exceptional candidate experience at every step
Build and manage your own book of business – both candidates and clients
Offer strategic hiring insight to clients based on market trends
Track your activities and progress through internal systems
Prospect and qualify new client leads via cold outreach, LinkedIn, email, and phone
Use our proprietary business development tool to automate multi‑channel outreach, track engagement, and qualify inbound leads
What You’ll Need:
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
1+ years of experience in sales, recruiting, or business development
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
Self‑starter mentality, high energy, and a strong desire to win
A creative mindset and ability to think on your feet
Competitive drive and a team‑first attitude
