We are seeking an experienced

Real Estate Paralegal

to join the in-house legal team of a leading real estate investment organization. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with internal stakeholders on real estate transactions, property management, and compliance matters.

Key Responsibilities

Draft, review, and manage real estate documents, including leases, purchase agreements, and closing documents.

Conduct title searches, review title commitments, and resolve title issues.

Coordinate closings with attorneys, lenders, and other parties.

Maintain and organize real estate files and databases for properties and transactions.

Assist with due diligence for acquisitions, dispositions, and development projects.

Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal real estate laws and regulations.

Support internal teams with property-related inquiries and documentation.

Qualifications

Education:

Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree; Paralegal certification preferred.

Experience:

Minimum 3+ years of real estate paralegal experience, preferably in an in-house or corporate setting.

Strong knowledge of real estate law, title work, and closing processes.

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and document management systems.

Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Base Salary:

$90,000 – $110,000 (commensurate with experience).

Additional Information Personal Time Off (PTO) is offered on an accrual basis up to 184 hours a year, 13 Paid Holidays, and up to 6 weeks of Paid Parental Leave. PTO and holiday hours are prorated based on hire date within the calendar year.
