Role Description
This is a full‑time, on‑site role for a Property Manager located in Wickliffe, OH. The Property Manager will oversee the day‑to‑day operations of multiple apartment communities, including leasing activities and tenant relations management. Handling financial management tasks such as rent collection, evictions, and budgeting. The Property Manager will also ensure compliance with relevant regulations and company policies. Key Responsibilities
Oversee the day‑to‑day management of assigned properties, ensuring they are safe, clean, and fully operational. Coordinate property maintenance and repairs with maintenance staff, vendors, and contractors. Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, lease agreements, and applicable laws. Market and lease vacant units, screen tenants, and execute leases. Manage tenant relations, handle inquiries, and address tenant complaints or disputes promptly. Oversee rent collection, late payment processes, and eviction proceedings if necessary. Build and refine processes, procedures, and workflows with a focus on creating operational efficiencies and improving overall property performance. Lead, coach, and develop leasing staff to maximize performance, improve tenant‑relation experience, and ensure leasing goals are achieved. Qualifications
Proven experience in property management or real estate operations. Strong knowledge of property laws, leasing practices, and building maintenance requirements. Excellent organizational, communication, customer‑service, and problem‑solving skills. Ability to manage multiple properties, work independently, and be a self‑starter. Proficiency in maintenance coordination and vendor management. Proficient in Microsoft Office. Valid Driver’s License. High school diploma or equivalent. Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field. Appfolio Property Management Software (or familiarity with other property management software). Prior Management Experience. Competitive Pay – Commensurate with skills and experience. Medical/Dental/Vision.
