Engage with warm leads through outbound and inbound calls
Understand homeowner needs and clearly explain solutions
Build quick trust through active listening and great communication
Schedule in-home consultations for our Design Consultants
Hit daily & weekly goals—because you love seeing results

Strong objection handling & active listening
Experience using CRM and lead-management tools
