We are looking for an experienced
Multifamily Property Manager
to oversee daily operations, maximize net operating income, and deliver exceptional resident service.
Key Responsibilities
Manage property financial performance, budgeting, and revenue growth
Oversee leasing goals, renewals, and resident relations
Monitor income, delinquencies, and collections
Conduct property inspections and ensure maintenance standards
Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing onsite team
Manage vendor relationships and approve invoices
Qualifications
3+ years of multifamily property management experience
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Knowledge of Fair Housing laws
Proficiency with property management software
Flexibility to work weekends/evenings as needed
