About The Role We are looking for a Senior Designer who is passionate about shaping bold, thoughtful residential work and help drive design excellence across our studio. In this role, you will play a key role in developing and executing architectural concepts through all phases of design. The ideal candidate brings strong modeling and rendering skills, especially in Revit, and a strong architectural foundation and a thoughtful design approach.
What You'll Do
Support the design of high-end residential projects from concept through execution, ensuring thoughtful, innovative, and technically sound solutions.
Translate client goals into clear design concepts and refined project briefs that reflect client needs.
Develop and deliver client presentations that communicate design intent through drawings, diagrams, renderings, and narrative clarity.
Develop and manage all phases of the design/documentation process.
Produce advanced models and renderings that support concept development, design iteration, and client review.
Mentor and train junior project team members.
Qualifications
Professional Degree (B.Arch or M.Arch).
At least 5 years of experience in high-end architectural design.
High proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, 3‑D Modeling, and Rendering skills.
Demonstrated experience across Concept Design, Design Development, and Construction Documentation phases.
Excellent organizational and communication skills with the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
The Pay Range For This Role Is 90,000 - 100,000 USD per year (New York)
