Qualifications

Experience in delivering exceptional Customer Experience and managing customer concerns
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work efficiently in a high-energy, fast-paced environment
Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) tools is a plus
Bilingual capabilities (e.g., English and Spanish) are highly desirable
High school diploma or equivalent; higher education is a plus
