This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Service Representative, based in Edina, MN. The Customer Service Representative will handle day-to-day tasks such as providing efficient and professional customer support, resolving client inquiries, and ensuring a positive customer experience. They will assist in maintaining customer satisfaction by handling interactions with professionalism and dedication, contributing to the overall engagement and loyalty of customers. Qualifications

Proficiency in Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction, with a demonstrated ability to handle customer inquiries effectively Strong skills in Customer Support and Customer Experience to deliver high-quality service Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal abilities Organizational and time management skills to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) tools and other relevant software is a plus Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in customer service are an advantage
