This role is focused on translating complex, high-performance wireless and networking technology into clear, compelling stories that resonate with both deeply technical audiences and broader commercial stakeholders. You will own how advanced radio and networking products are positioned, communicated, and understood in the market. Working closely with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Marketing teams, you will shape the narrative around performance, reliability, and real-world impact, helping customers clearly understand why this technology matters. What You Will Be Doing

Lead end-to-end product launches, including go-to-market strategy, planning, and execution Develop technical messaging, positioning, and value propositions for products and new capabilities Create and manage a wide range of content, including whitepapers, product explainers, technical articles, videos, and new storytelling formats Partner closely with engineering and product teams to translate specifications and datasheet details into customer-focused value Enable sales teams with strong technical collateral such as datasheets, presentations, and competitive comparisons Own and deliver the technical narrative across trade shows, events, and digital channels Shape the new customer experience during product introductions, including packaging, collateral, and support resources Experiment with creative ways to make complex technology more accessible, memorable, and engaging What We Are Looking For

3 to 5 years of experience in product marketing, ideally within B2B, hardware, or deep tech environments Strong technical fluency, with the ability to understand and communicate concepts related to networking, wireless systems, or hardware platforms Proven experience producing technical or solution-focused marketing content for B2B audiences Excellent storytelling and communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging for engineers, decision-makers, and non-technical audiences A hands-on approach, comfortable creating content directly or guiding external contributors Highly organised, strategic, and curious, with a genuine interest in exploring new channels and content formats Why This Role Stands Out
