Responsibilities
Support planning and execution of events, including trade shows, YETI Flagship events, consumer activations, and YETI‑owned experiences
Partner with internal teams to ensure alignment and smooth communication
Build relationships with community partners and assist with event collaborations
Manage internal event staffing logistics
Handle ordering, tracking, and fulfillment of promotional samples
Support pre‑event planning, post‑event reporting, and documentation
Be onsite for setup, execution, and teardown
Use Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop to resize imagery, update templates, and create event‑specific creative assets
Travel up to 20% — often on weekends — with flexibility for shifting event schedules
Meet the physical demands of onsite event work, including lifting up to 50 lbs and working comfortably in a wide variety of environments
Qualifications
0–2 years of experience in event coordination, trade shows, or similar roles
Sales experience is a plus
Experience supporting successful events, ideally corporate
Strong ability to prioritize and manage multiple moving pieces
Clear, confident communication skills
A creative mindset with strong attention to detail
Comfort working in fast-paced, changing environments
Proficiency with Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop for resizing imagery and creating event-specific assets
