5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, or IT Analyst, with at least 2 years working with modern technologies such as Salesforce, ServiceNow and OpenAI.
Proven experience in gathering and documenting business and technical requirements.
Ability to work with cross-functional teams in a collaborative environment.
Working experience with Agile methodologies (SCRUM / SAFe) and tools like JIRA or AzureDevOps.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
