Base pay starting at $100,000.00
Position Summary We are seeking a licensed Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) to join our dynamic outpatient team in Georgia. This role is responsible for evaluating, planning, implementing, and delegating comprehensive plans of care to optimize patient outcomes. Services are delivered both in-clinic and via telemedicine to ensure continuity of care and safe discharge planning.
The ideal candidate is clinically strong, collaborative, adaptable, and committed to delivering high-quality, evidence-based care while contributing to practice growth and team development.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans
Implement and delegate treatment programs with PTAs and support staff
Reassess patient progress and adjust plans of care as needed
Document prognosis, treatment response, and progress accurately in the EMR
Supervise PTAs and PT techs per the Georgia State Practice Act
Collaborate with on-site PTs/PTAs and communicate with referring providers and interdisciplinary teams
Provide physical therapy services via telehealth to ensure continuity of care
Ensure compliance with company policies and state/federal billing regulations
Support program development, quality improvement, staff training, and clinic growth
Participate in local business development efforts
Travel to neighboring clinics as operational needs require

Qualifications
Graduate of an accredited Physical therapy program
Active Georgia Physical Therapy License (or in process of obtaining)
Strong interpersonal, communication, and clinical reasoning skills
Ability to prioritize and work independently in a fast-paced environment
Comfort with EMR systems and telehealth platforms
Ability to travel to neighboring clinics as needed
Physical & Work Requirements
Ability to lift/move up to 50 pounds
Prolonged standing, walking, and occasional lifting
Ability to perform telehealth duties involving extended computer use
Comfortable working in a clinical environment with low to moderate noise levels
