Inbound Customer Service Representative
Compensation $17.00/Hour (Starting Base Rate + Bonus(es))
Location On-site: 5769 West Sunrise Blvd, Plantation, FL 33313
Schedule Mon‑Fri 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM or Mon‑Fri 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM

We help families every day reduce their credit card debt by nearly half of what they owe. The role of the Inbound Customer Service Representative is to receive and handle incoming calls from our clients who have enrolled into our certified and compliant debt settlement program, assisting them with their questions or needs. Industry experience is not required.
Responsibilities
Answer inbound calls from enrolled customers, identify customer needs, and offer appropriate resources or resolution.
Ensure service delivered meets contractual goals and other Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Greet customers in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner using company procedures.
Listen attentively to customer needs and concerns; demonstrate empathy while building rapport.
Answer billing questions by walking customers through components of their accounts.
Required Skills
Time‑management: organize and manage multiple priorities.
Outstanding organizational skills and great attention to detail.
Ability to multi‑task in a fast‑paced environment.
Computer savvy: above‑average working knowledge of telephonic and CRM systems.
Proficient in English/Spanish – bilingual preferred.
