What You'll Do as a Customer Service Representative
Answer
customer emails accurately and professionally. Handle
incoming phone calls and return voicemails in a friendly manner. Respond
to all customer inquiries within one business day. Assist
customers with order issues, including tracking, replacements, refunds, and store credit. Log and track
customer interactions accurately while following established processes. Manage & clear
the inbox daily. Escalate
new, unclear, or high-impact situations when appropriate. Maintain
accuracy while supporting additional tasks to help the team operate smoothly.

Customer service or customer-facing experience preferred. Professional:
Communicates kindly and clearly with customers across email and phone, maintaining composure during high-volume or complex interactions. Reliable:
Shows up consistently, follows through on responsibilities, and takes ownership of assigned tasks. Proactive:
Asks questions early, seeks clarification, and escalates issues appropriately when needed. Detail-oriented:
Logs interactions carefully and processes refunds, replacements, and credits accurately. Adaptable:
Learns new systems quickly and adjusts during busy seasons. Strong Computer Skills:
Proficient in Gmail, Google Docs, and Google Sheets, navigates websites and internal systems comfortably, and types efficiently.
