Electrical Lighting & Low Voltage System Designer
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with RCDD and Electrical Engineers on designing low voltage systems.
Develop construction documents from engineered drawings.
Utilize Bluebeam, Plangrid, Revit, and BIM Modeling programs.
Learn and apply relevant codes such as IBC, IFC, NEC, NFPA 72, TIA 568.
Contribute creatively to improve team processes.
Work efficiently to meet project timelines while ensuring quality.
Maintain an open willingness to continuous learning.
Perform any duties as deemed appropriate by management.
Requirements:
Willingness to work towards RCDD and/or NICET Fire Alarm Certification.
AAS or BS in a related field preferred (e.g., construction management, electrical technician, drafting/architecture).
Experience with Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office.
