to assist clients through a structured, advisor-led service model. In this fully remote role, youll guide clients, coordinate details, and ensure every interaction is smooth, organized, and professional.

Youll collaborate closely with assigned advisors to manage client requests, answer questions, and provide timely updates related to scheduling, planning, and confirmations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping others, staying detail-oriented, and delivering consistent, high-quality service in a structured remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

Assist clients under their assigned advisor, providing accurate guidance and support

Respond promptly to client inquiries and provide clear, helpful information

Manage scheduling, confirmations, and follow-ups to ensure a seamless client experience

Maintain organized records and document all communications accurately

Support continuous improvement of client processes and workflows

Qualifications

Strong communication and customer service skills

Comfortable working independently in a remote setting

Detail-oriented, reliable, and tech-savvy

Must be a citizen of the US, UK, Spain, LATAM, and Australia

Prior client-facing or administrative experience preferred but not required
