A leading general contractor based in Greenville, SC are looking for a Superintendent to join the team on a permanent basis. This individual will ideally have 3+ years experience working as a Superintendent & have the ability to travel through the Carolinas to assist with a multitude of projects. Candidates with both multifamily and/or commercial experience are of interest here. Per diem is provided.
Responsibilities
Ensure that the property is in compliance with company standards
Work with contractors to complete large renovation projects
Familiarize self with multiple building blueprints
Qualifications
Time management and communication skills
Basic budgeting and public safety
3+ years working as a Superintendent, ideally with a GC
