Job Title: Civil Construction Superintendent
The Civil Construction Superintendent oversees and coordinates all civil construction activities on-site, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget. This role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and the ability to manage crews, subcontractors, and resources effectively.

Interpret and implement blueprints and technical documents.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and protocols.
Essential Skills
Minimum 5+ years of experience in civil construction supervision.
Strong knowledge of civil engineering principles, construction methods, and materials.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
Proficiency in project management software and MS Office.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
OSHA safety certification preferred.
Experience in project management, electrical, construction, plumbing, and AutoCAD.
Subcontractor management and safety compliance expertise.
Experience with earthworks, concrete, grading, and commercial construction projects.
Work Environment The role offers a schedule of four 10‑hour days, allowing you to be home every night. A company vehicle is provided. The work environment includes both office and on‑site locations, where adherence to safety standards is paramount.
Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Tupelo, MS.
Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $32.00 – $38.00/hr.
