Devising long-term development strategies for product categories
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree required, ideally in Marketing or a related discipline.
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in consumer packaged goods (CPG) brand marketing.
Demonstrated success in marketing strategy, planning, and new product development.
Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail and the ability to prioritize multiple projects.
Understanding of data analysis and forecasting methods.
Proven experience in leading marketing teams and managing marketing campaigns.
Strong understanding of digital marketing and data analytics.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product development from initial concept through to market launch across multiple categories.
Conduct competitive analysis and monitor industry trends to inform product strategy and innovation.
Evaluate the profitability and viability of current and future product lines; generate reports and strategic recommendations for leadership.
Support the development and execution of short-term new product development (NPD) initiatives aligned with long-term brand vision and business objectives.
Develop a new product road map strategic plan to support product and category growth.
Communicate go-to-market strategy to the organization, including cross-functional partners and senior leadership.
Ability to prioritize and multi-task
Proficient in MS Office
Strong organizational skills
