Built on Microsoft’s .NET SQL solution framework, our systems leverage Cloud Computing to bring next-generation POS applications to our clients. Our solutions manage employee payroll deduction accounts in cafeterias, gift shops, and supply stores while enabling retail businesses, such as pet stores and hardware stores, to increase efficiency and profitability.
Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Engineer at ARBA Retail Systems, located in Lisle, IL. The Sales Engineer will focus on understanding client needs to offer tailored solutions, presenting product demonstrations, and providing technical support. Day-to-day responsibilities also involve collaborating with the sales team to develop strategies, engaging with clients to build relationships, and ensuring the successful implementation of our software solutions. This role requires a blend of sales and technical expertise to address customer requirements effectively.
Qualifications
Proven skills in Sales and Sales Engineering to analyze client needs and deliver tailored solutions.
Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build relationships and provide exceptional client support.
Experience with Technical Support for troubleshooting and managing software implementation processes.
Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and independently as required.
Knowledge of POS systems and experience with .NET SQL-based solutions is a plus.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
