Description

Supervise daily on-site construction activities to ensure project timelines are met.

Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and project teams for seamless execution.

Enforce safety regulations and ensure compliance with local and federal guidelines.

Monitor project progress, identify potential delays, and implement corrective actions.

Conduct quality control checks to maintain high construction standards.

Prepare and present regular progress reports to stakeholders.

Resolve on-site issues and provide guidance to team members as needed.

Maintain accurate records of site activities, materials, and labor usage.

Profile A successful Construction Superintendent should have:

10+ years of experience in construction experience

Proven experience in managing on-site construction projects within the property industry.

Strong understanding of construction processes, safety protocols, and quality standards.

Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.

Strong communication skills to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.

Proficiency in construction management software and tools.

Ability to problem-solve and make decisions under pressure.
