The Miami Football Club, established as Miami's longest-standing professional soccer team, is owned by Riccardo Silva of Silva International Investments. Joining the United Soccer League's The Championship in 2020, one of the top professional soccer leagues in the world, the club continues to promote soccer growth across North America. The club recently announced its pending move to its permanent stadium at The Sports Performance Hub in Homestead, a $400 million-dollar sports and entertainment complex that breaks ground in the Spring of 2026.
Job Description The club is currently looking for a Partnership Activation Specialist who will serve as a primary liaison for executing the deliverables for Miami FC's rapidly growing partnership portfolio. The position is currently part-time but may transition to full-time.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Tasked with maintaining regular communication with current partners and working with Miami FC departments to ensure successful execution of contract/agreement assets.
Manage Sponsorship Activation and implementation for in-stadium assets, community and marketing initiatives, broadcast assets and social media strategies for Miami FC partners.
Build quality package and season recaps for each partner pursuant to club and league provided analytics reports.
Document deliverables for all assets to ensure proof of performance for all Miami FC partners.
Act as primary liaison between partners and Miami FC staff to ensure smooth communication and execution of contract deliverables.
Responsible for accessing, analyzing and communicating market research data from third-party platforms and working with third-party metrics providers to analyze social media and broadcast performance to produce reporting for Miami FC and/or partners.
Participate in networking and development events – including but not limited to chamber events, seminars and speaker series. Note some events take place after business hours.
Other tasks and duties as assigned as necessary.
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited College/University required, major in Business or Sports Management preferred or in progress.
Proficiency in speaking and writing in both English and Spanish Preferred.
Exceptional organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask and execute in a timely manner.
Must be flexible with the ability to adapt in a fast pace work environment with challenging demands and frequent changes.
Must possess a professional demeanor and has the ability to interact with all levels of the organization and external clients.
Ability to communicate efficiently and effectively – both verbal and written.
Proficient in Microsoft Office – specifically word, excel, PowerPoint, outlook.
Must be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays, as the event calendar requires.
