As a member of the Customer Service Center team, you will be responsible for creating an outstanding service experience for both independent insurance agents and their customers (insureds). This is a consultative role focused on customer education, resolution of complex inquiries, and the recommendation/offering of personal lines Property & Casualty (P&C) products to ensure complete customer protection.

Key Responsibilities and Duties

Handle all calls, making appropriate decisions and taking action with minimal assistance.

Counsel, educate, and provide accurate insurance advice, researching and resolving problems for customers and agents.

Effectively resolve escalated and/or complicated customer concerns related to policy and billing issues.

Process policy change, policy issuance, and policy payment plan changes online, received through various channels, within specified guidelines.

Qualifications and Requirements

Active

Property and Casualty License

or

PL (Personal Lines) Producer License

is

REQUIRED .

2+ years of experience in a Personal Lines and/or P&C industry role

Hardwired Ethernet connection speeds of

10 mbps upload

and

50 mbps download

are required for remote work

Schedule:

Monday through Friday (7:00 AM to 9:30 PM Eastern time) and a rotating Saturday (9:00 AM to 5:00 PM)

Compensation:

Starting pay rate of

$25.00/hour

during the initial period, with a conversion salary target of up to

$53,000

upon permanent hire (typically within 4–6 months).
