We design and manufacture sensors for storage tanks, water metering, energy metering, gas monitoring, and asset management. Our founders are hardcore telecommunications engineers with combined 200+ years of experience in designing, optimizing and performance engineering for several mid– to large wireless carriers internationally. We provide low power, cost-efficient sensors to collect data, create alerts, and predict needed actions. We combine these sensors with low power, wide area (LPWA) networking technologies to help clients decrease re-occurring costs associated with operating an IoT network of sensors and connected devices. We specialize in design, deployment, optimization, and support of these Networks. Whether an off-the-shelf or custom solution is needed, we’ll create a solution and push the data on the best cloud platform to fit your needs, including your own. Job Description
Responsibilities include: Manage Real Estate vendors from initial RF design through Release to Construction, including vendor management, tasks in Siterra/SiteTracker, POs, collaboration with legal teams when necessary, and adherence to all project-related policies to ensure accurate delivery of projects. Provide regular status updates and resolve issues as they arise. Provide financial management of projects and ensure that all line items in PeopleSoft are in compliance at all times. Provide team leadership and guidance, and the necessary direction for individual and team growth and development. Demonstrate professionalism by responding to emails promptly, actively participating in meetings, clearly explaining issues, providing updates, maintaining records, collaborating with other departments, and understanding the impact of the role on the overall business. Establish quality assurance methods, procedures, and standards. Interface with internal and external departments. Project manage a large number of projects simultaneously. Review and interpret leasing documents. Identify, analyze, and resolve Real Estate and lease-related issues as needed to meet internal or external goals.
