Meaningful Work and Personal Impact
As a Property Administrator Senior, the work you’ll do at GDIT will be impactful to the mission of oversight of contract property team, customer support, operations and administration to meet program and government requirements. Manages government property and assets in accordance with contract requirements, approved procedures, and government regulations. Daily activities include and are not limited to, performing a mixture of customer and vendor relationship, financial & data analysis, supply chain management, spare equipment management, supporting contract deliverables, procurement, finance, and property management functions for the program.
Control and manage the asset management database, perform change evaluation based on information received assessing quality of requests for change (RFC) to the Asset & CMDB for comprehensive accuracy and lead times.
Prepare monthly/quarterly/annual contract, business, procurement, and equipment reports.
Develops plans, including budgets and schedules, and monitors tasks to meet contractual property requirements for assigned program(s).
Provide technical, administrative, and operational leadership to assigned task(s), including contract and subcontractor management.
Supervise assigned staff.
Requirements
Is knowledgeable of entire life cycle of property; to include Procurement, Acquisition, receiving and Disposition.
Creates, drafts, and views process documentation, generate and maintain contact property management plan, and participates in project and program reviews.
Plan, manage, and coordinate sparing; including managing forward-deployed inventory, on site storage areas at major hub-sites and government warehouses.
Must have strong and proven written and verbal communications skills, as well as strong customer service and customer interfacing skills.
Critical attention to detail and sense of organizational skills a must.
Ensures coordination and information flow between programs within the organization.
Hands-on logistics analyst and technician to be part of a team of logistics professionals focused on supporting the customer\'s mission at the largest site in the customer\'s enterprise
Ready for full days, fast pace, and a variety of skill sets used throughout the week
Attention to detail and ability to track multiple logistics tasking through established and evolving policy a must.
Perform the full spectrum of duties associated with shipping/receiving, inter-plant transfers, barcode assignments and database maintenance
Be able to account for annual inventory of thousands of accountable items, working with security and government logistics managers for disposition
Assist other work centers to identify and satisfy their logistics requirements
Must be able to lift 30 pounds or more; significant walking between offices and buildings
Must be able to access IT equipment in and around office furniture, as part of annual inventory is required
Perform both manual labor associated with (among other duties) palletizing/de-palletizing equipment plus above average skills with office computers and applications
Participates in special projects as required.

Education: Bachelor of Arts/Bachelor of Science
Experience: 5+ years of related experience
Technical skills: Proficient in MS Office, Excel, SharePoint and other tools, understanding of computer systems, voice/video systems, and network infrastructure.
Security clearance level: TS/SCI with polygraph
US citizenship required

The likely salary range for this position is $70,658 - $94,300. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
