NewLeaf Brokerage is seeking an experiencedLead Commercial Real Estate Brokerto join our leadership team. This role is ideal for a senior broker who has hit a ceiling within their current firm and is ready to grow, lead, and build a team with full operational and marketing support.
NewLeaf Brokerage has operated successfully for five years as both a commercial real estate brokerage and a business brokerage. Responsibilities
Recruit, mentor, and manage a team of brokers
Generate and oversee deal flow across commercial asset types
Maintain strong client relationships and uphold service standards
Collaborate with leadership on business growth initiatives
Utilize company systems, marketing, and administrative resources
Qualifications
Prior experience in commercial real estate brokerage required
Active real estate license in North Carolina
(and South Carolina preferred)
Strong leadership, mentoring, and communication skills
Entrepreneurial mindset with a collaborative approach
Desire to grow a team and pursue long-term partnership
Clear path to partnership
Administrative and transaction support
In-house marketing services
Established systems and leadership support
