Duties Serves as a Financial Management Specialist for Installation Management Command (IMCOM) Headquarters (HQ) Directorate of Family and Morale, Welfare and Recreation (DFMWR) Financial Management Division. Assists in the development of financial policies, plans and fiscal operating procedures for Nonappropriated Fund (NAF) activities. Plans, formulates, and prepares operating budgets. Prepares IMWRF Strategic Plan, cash budgets and Capital Purchase/Minor Construction (CPMC) budgets. Researches, verifies, and revises program and budget data. Develops standard operating procedures for safeguarding cash and fixed assets. Prepares financial reports of NAF operations to include budget variance analysis, CPMC execution, and cash flow projections. Performs a wide range of review and analysis of NAF financial operations in order to evaluate performance in terms of requirements, goals and objectives.

Meet qualification/eligibility/background requirements for this position to include a T1
Satisfactory completion of employment verification (E-Verify) check
One year probationary period may be required
Must be able to obtain and possess a valid Driver's License
Ability to receive and maintain a Government Travel Card (GTC)
