We are seeking a motivated
Tax Analyst
to join a collaborative team and support corporate tax compliance and reporting. This position offers exposure to multi-entity operations, a stable environment with great work-life balance (40 hours/week outside of occasional deadlines) and a collaborative group. Responsibilities
Prepare and file federal, state, and local tax returns Ensure compliance with all applicable tax laws and regulations Maintain tax records and documentation for audits Assist with tax planning and strategies to minimize liabilities Support month-end and year-end close processes related to tax provisions Collaborate with external tax advisors and auditors Monitor changes in tax legislation and assess impact on the business Assist with sales/use tax, property tax, and other indirect tax filings Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field 2+ years of C-Corp tax preparation experience Multistate experience preferred Strong knowledge of federal and state tax regulations Experience with tax software and ERP systems Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Team player with strong communication and adaptability Perks & Benefits
