Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Real Estate Agent based out of both locations. Responsibilities include assisting clients with buying, selling, and renting properties, providing excellent customer service, and conducting property viewings. The agent will also handle negotiations, prepare contracts, and offer guidance throughout the real estate transaction process. Building relationships with clients and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of the real estate market will be integral to this role. Qualifications
Active Real Estate License and comprehensive knowledge of real estate principles and practices Skills in Customer Service and the ability to build strong relationships Experience in Sales and handling Real Property transactions Ability to manage multiple clients and prioritize tasks efficiently Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Familiarity with the local real estate market in the immediate areas is a plus Proficiency in relevant technology and software tools for real estate transactions
