Job Description
Insight Global is looking for a Commercial Escrow officer to join the National Commercial Services Operation for an industry leading Land Title Insurance company in Dallas, Texas. The position entails managing complex, high‑liability escrow transactions; overseeing closings; collaborating closely with the underwriting team; delivering exceptional customer service; and handling a broad range of title insurance matters. We are looking for individuals who have TLTA and ALTA experience across a variety of spectrums of commercial real estate sector: Multi-Site, Specialty retails, Mixed Use Asset, etc. with a proven track record of closing an average of 30 Transactions per month.

Skills and Requirements
3-5+ years of experience as a Commercial Escrow Officer
Experience with closing an average of 30 Transactions per month
Experience managing deals with the value of 20 million or above
Strong Customer Service Skills
Familiarity with Title Insurance in Texas and/or Nationally
Licensed Escrow Officer
