You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. Responsibilities
Drive new business by selling Auto, Home, Life, Health, and other State Farm products
Follow up on warm leads and consistently build your own pipeline
Provide top-notch service and maintain strong customer relationships
Contribute to the overall success and team spirit of the agency
Deliver measurable results and consistently hit performance goals
Provide information about insurance products and services.
Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.
Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
Qualifications
Licensed in Property & Casualty
(preferred)
Life & Health
license a plus
At least
1 year of sales experience
(insurance or similar high-activity role)
Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply
A personality that’s
energetic, empathetic, thorough, detailed, and fearless
Communication and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
Compensation & Opportunity
Base Salary : $50,000
Average Commission : $17,000+ in your first year — with potential for much more
$200 Monthly Stipend
Retirement Plan + Annual Bonus
Licensing Support Available

This position is with a State Farm independent contractor agent, not with State Farm Insurance Companies. Employees of State Farm agents must be able to successfully complete any applicable licensing requirements and training programs.
