Work with investors to acquire and sell properties in a highly profitable market.
Provide expert guidance on contracts, terms, and market conditions.
Utilize advanced technology and CRM tools to manage leads and close deals efficiently.
Collaborate with our team while maintaining the flexibility to work independently.
Deliver outstanding customer service to build strong, long‑term client relationships.
What We're Looking For:
Active Real Estate License in Michigan (Ann Arbor area)
Passion for real estate and experience working with investor clients (preferred)
Self-motivated, goal oriented mindset with a drive for success
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
